JANJ's Virtual Women's Future Leadership Academy is free and open to students in grades 8-12.

Students connect with and learn from NJ Business Professionals:

Mentors representing NJ's Key Industry Sectors lead interactive virtual presentations and facilitate small group mentoring sessions. 

Students may register for as many sessions as they like:

Students self-register for the virtual leadership mini-workshops and career panel discussions. They can participate live via Zoom or view the recordings on demand.

Students earn JANJ's digital badge for career readiness

Session content is aligned to NJSLS CLKS and SEL Competencies. Students can earn a digital badge to add to their college application, resume, and LinkedIn profile. 

Bring the Academy to your school! 
You can register a large group, bring the Academy to a classroom, host a workshop,
or incorporate the series into an existing business, career, or leadership club.
